The park of the Villa is equipped with:

- Solarium area with comfortable sun loungers (2 per apartment)

- Fully equipped play corner for kids

- Grill complete with accessories, gazebo with sunblinds, table, chairs and food trolley to allow you to enjoy pleasant barbecue dinners.

- Park, flowerbeds and gazebo automatically lit up during the night.

Other amenities include:

- Laundry space of 10 sqm equipped with sink and washing machine (not utilizable in winter); ironing room equipped with ironing board and iron; clothes-horse (one for each apartment) and vacuum cleaner. The space can also be utilized as a storeroom for strollers and/or luggage.

- Internet WI-FI free

WITHIN SHORT WALKING DISTANCE:

Restaurant, pizzeria and sandwich bar, two minimarkets, a butcher shop that sells typical products, news-vendor, haberdashery, florist, chemist, post office, bakery, cash dispenser, church, tennis courts, football pitch, camping site, hockey and skating-rink, cross-country ski trails and ski runs, ideal for children, located in the locality of Alpe Cheggio and only 6 km from the Villa. Expert skiers can avail themselves of the wonderful ski slopes of Domobianca, only within a 30 - minute drive from the Villa. The national ski team comes here to train.
